Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail policies. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.
All furniture produced by Zolvarenuozlaei is custom-made to order based on your specific requirements, measurements, and design preferences. As each piece is uniquely crafted for you, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has commenced, except in the circumstances outlined in this policy.
You may cancel your order before production begins by contacting us in writing. If cancellation occurs before materials have been ordered or work has commenced, you will receive a full refund minus any design fees or deposits that have been used for preliminary work.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for the full payment of the custom furniture piece. We will notify you when production begins on your order.
Before we begin production, you will be provided with detailed designs, specifications, and material samples for your approval. By approving the design, you confirm that all details are correct and meet your expectations. It is your responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the design before giving approval.
If your furniture arrives with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during production or delivery, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Manufacturing defects include structural failures, incorrect dimensions that deviate significantly from approved specifications, or finish defects that substantially affect the appearance or functionality of the furniture. Natural variations in timber grain, color, and texture are not considered defects.
If we deliver furniture that does not match your approved design specifications due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include modifications, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the discrepancy. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice any damage that occurred during shipping, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you and our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly. Failure to report delivery damage within 48 hours may affect your ability to claim for such damage.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind once production has begun. We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your design choices and ask any questions during the consultation and design approval phases.
If a refund is approved under this policy, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You will receive notification once the refund has been processed.
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered as a resolution. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific circumstances.
If a return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In cases where furniture does not meet specifications or has defects, we may offer to modify or repair the piece rather than replace or refund it. This option will be discussed with you and requires your agreement before proceeding.
All furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided with your furniture upon delivery. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by parties other than Zolvarenuozlaei.
Our furniture is crafted from natural materials, primarily timber. Natural variations in grain pattern, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Timber may also expand, contract, or change color slightly over time due to environmental conditions. These natural changes are not covered under our return policy or warranty.
Proper care and maintenance instructions will be provided with your furniture. Failure to follow these instructions may void your warranty and affect your eligibility for returns or repairs. We recommend following all care guidelines to ensure the longevity and beauty of your custom furniture.
If you are not satisfied with a resolution offered under this policy, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding fair solutions for all parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
This Return Policy operates in conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are a consumer as defined in the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to certain remedies which cannot be excluded.
